Patrick Alexander, J.D. grew up in El Paso, Texas and upon graduating from Burges High School he was awarded a full gymnastics scholarship to New Mexico State University in 1969. Ultimately, he went on to become a womens gymnastics coach on the USGF National Level, coaching some of Americas best female gymnast during the 70s and early 80s. His greatest claim to fame is the fact that when world renowned womens gymnastic coaches - Bela and Marta Karolyi, defected from Romania to America, they ended up joining Alexander's gymnastics program in Houston, TX. "That was one of the most exciting times in my gymnastics career and life, working and building America's greatest gymnastics program with the Karolyis !"
In 1983, Alexander retired from his gymnastics coaching career and went into residential real estate sales in Houston. In 1990, he moved to San Diego, CA and began a very successful real estate career in San Diego. In 2006, he was hired as the Broker Sales Manager for Middleton and Associates in La Jolla. He built that company starting with 5 agents up to 50 agents, selling upwards of $80-$100 Million a year in sales and as a result of the success of that work, a major national U.S. real estate corporation, Coldwell Banker in July 2014 bought Middleton and Associates.
Thus, in July 2014, Alexander opened up his own company - Realty Sales Pros, Inc. - located in the prestigious communities of Beverly Hills and La Jolla, Ca. Alexander, is also the founder and President of USA College of Real Estate and has trained 1000s of real estate agents across America since 2006 and Alexander is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
